It does fix it. Did you start Kso-Steam? Did you register a new account or logged onto existing? and did you try to open kso tf2 1.0.1.7 version? And does the steam community popup appear when you open tf2 menu?

Do i have to place the game folder in a specific place???

It should appear in the right-down corner. Ok thenlets say try to open internet games browser or favorite games in tf2- does is allow to open them? If yes, then you are really started steam before entering game. And you can't still get steam authentication certificate length errors joining those us east-coast servers. Also make sure that there is "-steam" in your tf2 launch shortcut parameters

Ok the problem is solved, i was trying to patch someoneelse's TF2 release with KSO patches, that“s why... Thank you guys!!!
