Hello, i have your TF2 release, and when i try to get into some servers (not yours) i get this message "STEAM certificate length error! 0/2048", i have it updated till 1.0.1.7 version, i need help, thanks...

pick one :
1) Go into your steam games list, go into the properties for hidden, set launch options, type "-32bit" (without the quotes)

3) it can be bug - restart steam account (this is almost joke, but sometimes helps )

PS I bet on 64 bit issue (64 bit users get this problem, and changing to 32 bit solves the problem)

I run the KSO.LV release without steam, stand-alone...

mostly this error comes with CS:Source. that leads me to idea, that you still run your steam account on while using our non-steam release. steam can see if you're playing non-steam. switch your steam ACCOUNT off
and if my assumption is wrong, are you using x64?

Mmm, no, i'm using a x32, and my steam is not running, i only run it when playing HL2 Deathmatch or Portal or HL2 or other games i own, but i never run it when i'm playing TF2...

Akcell, of course you won't be able to play in most of the servers since you havent bought tf2 but are using non-steam tf2. There is a big difference

Man i know that, as matter of fact, i only try to play in http://css.setti.inf...rs/list-tf2.php servers, but my problem is specifically in this two ones:

I will check it out right now but seams they haven't properly configured their server It is only partly cracked and they have set their udp ip address to some local. That could be reason why non-steamers are not able to connect it.

So i checked it with our cracked steam (kso-steam) and it works Try it - http://www.kso.lv/download.php?view.63
You can use your existing steam account or create new one (for tf2). It is an original steam, only cracked, and you will be able to play with your non-steam tf2 also on those servers.

One question more, how do i link my stand-alone TF2 with this STEAM???

just run cracked steam account when playing non-steam (optional without running official steam account).
run official account when playing steam

Simply start steam, then open your standalone tf2 and play. Of course you wont be able to play on steamed servers, but you will be able to use steam functions while playing (internet games browser, favorite games menu, friends, steam community , your avatar in player list etc.

Ok, it doesn't fix it, what do you guys think, should i re-download everything and reinstall???
